WhatsApp has released lots of new features and improvements for their messaging app such as the new video calling, group invite link, mentions and more. But it looks like there is still more to come.
According to reports from WABeta info, WhatsApp is currently working on two new features which when finally introduced will change the way we chat with the app. The new upcoming features which is already available in the beta version will allow you to revoke and edit already sent messages.
This feature will only work if the receipient of the message hasn't read the message yet. We all know that it's possible to remove or delete a chat on your own end but the recipient will still be able to see it. With this new feature, the message will be deleted from the receipents end as long as he or she hasn't read it yet.
When this feature is finally introduced, it will save a lot of people embarrassing moments like when you make a typing error or send a message to the wrong person.
Although this feature is already available on some other social apps, it's a good thing WhatsApp is finally thinking towards that direction.
